The Piggyback Rights under this Section 3.03 will terminate at the time that the Issued Units cease to be Registrable Securities.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Company and Contributor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to minimize such Transfer Taxes, including, without limitation, by ensuring that the Issued Units issued to Contributor pursuant to this Agreement are the first issuance of units by the Company.
