Issuer Interest definition

Issuer Interest means the residual interest in the remainder, if any, of the Series Trust Assets not required to be allocated toward payment of the Series 2010-1 Notes or to pay fees, indemnities or other amounts, in any case pursuant to the Agreement and this Supplement.

Issuer Interest shall have the meaning specified in Secition 4.01 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement.
