Undivided Share definition

Undivided Share in relation to an Apartment shall mean the proportionate variable, undivided, indivisible and impartible share or interest in the land comprised in the Premises which is attributable to the Apartment concerned;
Undivided Share means an equal undivided part or share of and in the Land and of and in the Development allocated in accordance with the provisions of this Deed or a sub-deed of mutual covenant (if any).
Undivided Share in relation to an Apartment shall mean the proportionate variable, undivided, indivisible and impartible share or interest in the land comprised in the Premises which is attributable to the concerned Apartment;

  • Each Owner of any Undivided Share who shall not personally be in occupation of the Unit(s) held therewith shall provide the Manager with an address in Hong Kong for service of notices under the terms of this Deed.

More Definitions of Undivided Share

Undivided Share means all that the undivided variable impartible proportionate share in the land comprised in the said premises attributable to and allocable to the said Flat.
