Undivided Share definition

Undivided Share in relation to an Apartment shall mean the proportionate variable, undivided, indivisible and impartible share or interest in the land comprised in the Premises which is attributable to the Apartment concerned;
Undivided Share in relation to an Apartment shall mean the proportionate variable, undivided, indivisible and impartible share or interest in the land comprised in the Premises which is attributable to the concerned Apartment;
Undivided Share means all that the undivided variable impartible proportionate share in the land comprised in the said premises attributable to and allocable to the said Flat.

  • Each Undivided Share together with the sole and exclusive right and privilege to hold, use, occupy and enjoy any part of the Development and to receive rents and profits therefrom shall be held by the Owners from time to time entitled thereto subject to and with the benefit of the rights, privileges, easements and obligations provided in the SECOND SCHEDULE hereto and the express covenants and provisions herein contained.

  • Each Owner shall on ceasing to be the Owner of any Undivided Share and the Unit enjoyed therewith notify the Manager of such cessation and of the name and address of the new Owner within one (1) month from the date of the relevant assignment and such Owner shall remain liable for all such sums and for the observance and performance of such terms and conditions up to the date on which he ceases to be the Owner.


More Definitions of Undivided Share

Undivided Share means an equal undivided part or share of and in the Lot and of and in the Estate allocated in accordance with the provisions of this Deed or a Sub-Deed (if any).
