Issuer Letter of Representations definition

Issuer Letter of Representations means the agreement among the Issuer Trust and DTC, as the initial Clearing Agency, dated as of the Closing Date or such other agreement as may be entered into from time to time among the Issuer Trust, the Depositor and DTC, as the same be amended or supplemented from time to time.
Issuer Letter of Representations means the blanket letter of representations between the Issuer and The Depository Trust Company, as the initial Clearing Agency, dated the Closing Date, as the same may be amended or supplemented from time to time or any similar letter or agreement with any successor Clearing Agency.
