Issuer Ordinary Shares means 250 ordinary shares in the capital of the Issuer having a par value of U.S.$1.00 per share, all of which have been issued by the Issuer and are outstanding at the date hereof.

More Definitions of Issuer Ordinary Shares

Issuer Ordinary Shares means the only two shares issued by the Issuer and representing an ownership interest in the Issuer. "Jersey" means the Island of Jersey (Channel Islands).
