Issuer Percentage definition

Issuer Percentage means the amount (expressed as a percentage) equal to 1 minus the Funding Percentage.
Issuer Percentage means with respect to the Variable Funding Certificate for any Business Day, (i) except as set forth in clause (ii) below, the decimal equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the Issuer Amount as of the end of the preceding Business Day and the denominator of which is the sum of (A) Adjusted Eligible Principal Receivables and (B.) the product of (x) the amount, if any, held in the Transferor Account for such preceding Business Day multiplied by (y) 100% minus the Discount Factor as of the most recent Determination Date; and (ii) when used in respect of Principal Receivables during the Amortization Period, the decimal equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the Issuer Amount as of the end of the last day prior to the Amortization Period Commencement Date and the denominator of which is the greater of (a) the sum of (1) Adjusted Eligible Principal Receivables and (2) the product of (x) the amount, if any, held in the Transferor Account on the last day of the prior Settlement Period multiplied by (y) 100% minus the Discount Factor as of the most recent Determination Date and (b) the sum of the Maximum Program Amount as the numerator used to determine such Issuer Percentage and the initial numerators for each fraction used to determine the corresponding Invested Percentages for all outstanding Series of Investor Certificates.
Issuer Percentage means with respect to the Variable Funding Certificate for any day, unless otherwise specified in the Supplement pursuant to which the Variable Funding Certificate is issued as provided in Section 6.09 of the Pooling and Servicing Agreement, (a) when used during the related Non-Amortization Period, the decimal equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the Issuer Amount as of the end of the preceding Business Day and the denominator of which is the Eligible Assets for such preceding Business Day; and (b) when used during the related Amortization Period, the decimal equivalent of a fraction the numerator of which is the Issuer Amount as of the last day prior to the related Amortization Period Commencement Date and the denominator of which is the greater of (i) the Eligible Assets on the last day of the prior Settlement Period and (ii) the sum of the numerators then being used to determine the Invested Percentage for each outstanding Series and the Issuer Percentage for the Variable Funding Certificate.

More Definitions of Issuer Percentage

Issuer Percentage means, on any date of determination, when used with respect to Principal Receivables and Finance Charge Receivables, a percentage equal to 100% minus the Aggregate Investor Percentage, and if applicable Enhancement Percentage, if any, with respect to such categories of receivables.
Issuer Percentage means, at any date or during any period, the amount (expressed as a percentage) of any Distributions to NGP I Members that Issuer is entitled to receive at such date or during such period under the NGP I Limited Liability Company Agreement. If the percentage of Distributions that Issuer is entitled to received changes (or is projected to change) during any period, such period shall be treated as two sub-periods, with the appropriate percentage applicable to each sub period.

  • Allocation Percentage means, with respect to any Monthly Period, the percentage equivalent of a fraction:

  • Transferor Percentage means 100% minus (a) the Floating Allocation Percentage, when used at any time with respect to Finance Charge Receivables and Defaulted Receivables, or (b) the Principal Allocation Percentage, when used at any time with respect to Principal Receivables.

  • Investment Percentage means a percentage established for each Partner on the Partnership's books as of the first day of each Fiscal Period. The Investment Percentage of a Partner for a Fiscal Period will be determined by dividing the balance of the Partner's Capital Account as of the commencement of the Fiscal Period by the sum of the Capital Accounts of all of the Partners as of the commencement of the Fiscal Period. The sum of the Investment Percentages of all Partners for each Fiscal Period will equal 100%.

  • Aggregate Senior Percentage With respect to any Distribution Date, the fraction, expressed as a percentage, the numerator of which is equal to the aggregate Class Certificate Balance of the Senior Certificates immediately prior to such Distribution Date and the denominator of which is the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of all the Mortgage Loans as of the Due Date in the month preceding the month of such Distribution Date (after giving effect to Principal Prepayments in the Prepayment Period related to that prior Due Date).
