Aggregate Investor Percentage definition

Aggregate Investor Percentage with respect to Principal Receivables, Finance Charge Receivables and Receivables in Defaulted Accounts, as the case may be, shall mean, as of any date of determination, the sum of such Investor Percentages of all Series of Certificates issued and outstanding on such date of determination; provided, however, that the Aggregate Investor Percentage shall not exceed 100%.
Aggregate Investor Percentage means, with respect to Principal Receivables, Finance Charge and Administrative Receivables and Defaulted Receivables relating to a particular Pool, as the case may be, as of any date of determination, the sum of such Investor Percentages (as such term is defined in the related Indenture Supplements) of all Series of Notes relating to such Pool issued and outstanding on such date of determination; provided, however, that the Aggregate Investor Percentage shall not exceed 100%.
Aggregate Investor Percentage means at any time the sum of the applicable Series Percentages of all Series of Investor Certificates then issued and outstanding.
