Issuing company or Issuer means the company issuing the relevant stock.

  • L/C Issuer means Bank of America in its capacity as issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder, or any successor issuer of Letters of Credit hereunder.

  • U.S. Subsidiary Guarantor means each U.S. Subsidiary which has executed and delivered to the U.S. Administrative Agent the U.S. Subsidiary Guaranty (or a supplement thereto).

  • mixed financial holding company means a mixed financial holding company as defined in point (21) of Article 4(1) of Regulation (EU) No 575/2013;

  • Note Paying Agent means the Trustee or any other Person that meets the eligibility standards for the Trustee specified in Section 6.11 and is authorized by the Issuer to make the payments to and distributions from the Collection Account and the Note Distribution Account, including payment of principal of or interest on the Notes on behalf of the Issuer.

  • Corporate Trustee means a Trustee which is a banking institution or trust company regularly engaged in the business of trust administration in which no Beneficiary has any controlling interest.

  • Issuer Group is defined in Section 10.02(d).

  • Issuer has the meaning set forth in the preamble hereto.

  • Wholly Owned Subsidiary Guarantor any Subsidiary Guarantor that is a Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Borrower.

  • Bank Holding Company means a company registered as such with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System pursuant to 12 U.S.C. §1842 and the regulations of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System thereunder.

  • CFC Holding Company means any Domestic Subsidiary that owns no material assets (directly or indirectly) other than Equity Interests and debt of one or more CFCs or Domestic Subsidiaries that are themselves CFC Holding Companies.

  • Parent Guarantor has the meaning specified in the recital of parties to this Agreement.

  • Issuers the collective reference to each issuer of any Investment Property.
