IUK Shipper definition

IUK Shipper means during the Initial Period an IAA Shipper, an STA Shipper or a Sub-Let Shipper and after the end of the Initial Period, an IAA Shipper;
IUK Shipper means any person (whether or not being a National Grid Gas Shipper) who has for the time being arranged for the transportation of Natural Gas in the IUK System.
IUK Shipper means an IAA Shipper, an STA Shipper or a Sub-Lessee and “IUK Shippers” means all such IAA Shippers, STA Shippers and Sub-Lessees;

  • An IUK Shipper (acting as an STA Shipper) may agree with IUK that for the Initial Period or any part of it that all or part of its STA Capacity shall cease to be STA Capacity and shall be Capacity that is subject to the provisions of this Agreement from a date agreed by the IAA Shipper and IUK.

  • Regular Shipper means (i) a Committed Shipper, and (ii) a Shipper that has Actual Shipments in each of the twelve months of the Base Period. A Regular Shipper described in clause (ii) ceases to be a Regular Shipper if it has no Actual Shipments for one or more months out of the Base Period, and thereafter, that Shipper will be treated as a New Shipper unless and until it meets Regular Shipper criteria.

  • bulk cargo means any quantity of alumina or the usual bulk materials used in an alumina industry and being bauxite or alumina for shipment or materials consigned for use by the Company or by any subsidiary Company or by any associated Company in connection with its operations in that industry;

  • Open Contract means a Contract which has not been closed out and which has not yet matured;
