IWPP Code definition

IWPP Code means "Independent Water and Power Producers' Code" established by the RSB in accordance with Law No 6 (including any supplementary standards incorporated by reference therein);
IWPP Code means the code regulating the Generators connected to the Transmission System.

  • If the dispute is referred by the Regulatory Authority to arbitration, the Regulatory Authority shall serve a written notice on the parties to the dispute to that effect and the rules of arbitration of the Dubai International Arbitration Centre (the "DIAC Rules") shall govern such arbitration save to the extent that the same are inconsistent with the express provisions of the IWPP Code.

  • State Grid Code means the Grid Code specified by the CERC under Clause (h) of Sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act, as amended from time to time, and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission, referred under Clause (h) of Sub- section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Xxx 0000, as applicable;

  • POPI Act means the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 as may be amended from time to time;

  • Access Code means the Railways (Access) Code 2000;

  • Procurement Code means §13-1-101, et seq., XXXX 0000, as amended and supplemented from time to time.

  • Distribution System Code means the code approved by the Board which, among other things, establishes the obligations of the distributor with respect to the services and terms of service to be offered to customers and retailers and provides minimum, technical operating standards of distribution systems;

  • MCIP Act means Title 4, Chapter 1, of the Code, and all future acts successor or supplemental thereto or amendatory thereof.

  • Code means the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
