Japanese Borrower definition

Japanese Borrower means any Japanese Subsidiary that has been designated as such pursuant to Section 2.20 and that has not ceased to be a Japanese Borrower as provided in such Section.
Japanese Borrower means any Borrower that is organized under the Laws of Japan.

Japanese Borrower means any wholly owned Subsidiary of the U.S. Borrower organized under the laws of Japan that is designated as an additional Borrower in accordance with Section 9.18.
