Examples of Jefferies Parties in a sentence

  • This Agreement is intended to calculate and allocate certain Tax liabilities of the SpinCo Parties and the Jefferies Parties to SpinCo and Jefferies (and their respective Groups), and any situation or circumstance concerning such calculation and allocation that is not specifically contemplated by this Agreement shall be dealt with in a manner consistent with the underlying principles of calculation and allocation in this Agreement.
