Jersey Court Hearing means the hearing by the Jersey Court of the application to sanction the Scheme under Article 125 of the Jersey Companies Law;

  • Canadian Court means the Ontario Superior Court of Justice (Commercial List).

  • Commissioners Court means Travis County Commissioners Court.

  • Confirmation Hearing means the hearing held by the Bankruptcy Court pursuant to section 1128 of the Bankruptcy Code to consider confirmation of this Plan, as such hearing may be adjourned or continued from time to time.

  • High Court means the High Court of Ireland.
