JSC Dispute definition

JSC Dispute has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(c)(i).
JSC Dispute has the meaning set forth in Section 13.5.1.
JSC Dispute means a dispute that arises with respect to an issue within the jurisdiction of the JSC.

Examples of JSC Dispute in a sentence

  • At any time during such interim time period, the JSC may call a special meeting to attempt to resolve the JSC Dispute.

  • Any dispute regarding Athersys’ use of a subcontractor pursuant to the foregoing sentence shall be referred to the JSC, and any corresponding JSC Dispute shall be resolved in accordance with Section 3.7.   • For the avoidance of doubt, any disputes referred to the Executive Officers for resolution pursuant to this Section 4.4 (JSC Dispute Resolution) (other than disputes related to compliance with this Agreement or the validity, breach, termination or interpretation of this Agreement) shall not be subject to any dispute resolution mechanism or procedure other than pursuant to this Section 4.4 (JSC Dispute Resolution).

  • Any Key Matter that the JSC Dispute Resolution Matrix specifies is subject to Escalation to Senior Executives shall be referred to the Chief Executive Officer of Cidara and the President and CEO of Mundipharma, Europe, (in each case, such party’s “Senior Executive”) who shall promptly meet and attempt in good faith to resolve such issue within 30 days.

  • The JSC will review such proposed amendment(s), and will, subject to Section 4.4 (JSC Dispute Resolution), determine whether to approve any amendment(s).

  • If the JSC is unable to decide or resolve unanimously in accordance with Section 3.1(e) any of the matters specified in the JSC Dispute Resolution Matrix (each, a “Key Matter”), such Key Matter shall be subject to dispute resolution as specified in the JSC Dispute Resolution Matrix and as more fully described below in this Section 3.1(f).

  • Subject to Section 4.4 (JSC Dispute Resolution), in the event of an unresolved matter, dispute or issue relating to this Agreement (“Dispute”), the Alliance Manager of the Party claiming that such Dispute exists will give notice in writing (a “Notice of Dispute”) to the other Party of the nature of the Dispute.

Related to JSC Dispute

  • Formal Dispute means a written objection by an Interested Party to any of the following:

  • Arbitrable Dispute means any dispute arising under or in connection with this Agreement.

  • Relevant Dispute means any difference between the parties arising out of or in connection with this contract; "Relevant Force Majeure Event" has the meaning ascribed to it in Clause 17.1;

  • Technical Dispute has the meaning specified in Section 12.2;

  • Legal Dispute means any action, suit or proceeding between or among the Parties arising in connection with any disagreement, dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any related document.

  • Dispute Board (DB) means the person or persons named as such in the SCC appointed by agreement between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor to make a decision with respect to any dispute or difference between the Procuring Entity and the Contractor referred to him or her by the Parties pursuant to GCC Sub-Clause 46.1 (Dispute Board) hereof.

  • Tax Dispute has the meaning set forth in Section 5.06.

  • Agreement Disputes shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.1.

  • Billing Dispute means the dispute of an invoice prepared by an Operator to the Other Operator which is made in good faith.

  • Labor dispute as used here, means a strike, lockout, or other labor dispute between the Employer and its Employees, during which time the Employee is not paid by the Employer.

  • Dispute Date means, with respect to a Dispute, the date on which a Dispute Notice is effectively delivered by one party to the other party save that if, with respect to a Dispute, both parties deliver a Dispute Notice, the date on which the first in time of such notices is effectively delivered will be the Dispute Date. Each Dispute Notice will be effectively delivered if delivered in the manner agreed between the parties for the giving of notices in respect of this Agreement.

  • Dispute means any dispute, controversy, claim or difference of whatever nature arising out of, relating to, or having any connection with this Agreement, including a dispute regarding the existence, formation, validity, interpretation, performance or termination of this Agreement or the consequences of its nullity and also including any dispute relating to any non-contractual rights or obligations arising out of, relating to, or having any connection with this Agreement.

  • Dispute Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 9.3(a).

  • Mediation means any process in which a mediator facilitates communication and negotiation between the parties to assist them in reaching a voluntary agreement regarding their dispute.

  • Deadlock has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(d).

  • industrial dispute means any dispute or difference between employers and employers, or between employers and workmen, or between workmen and workmen, which is connected with the employment or non-employment or the terms of employment or with the conditions of labour, of any person;

  • Disputing Party has the meaning specified in Paragraph 5.

  • Arbitration Panel shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3 hereof.

  • Billing Dispute Notice means a formal, written notice submitted to HUGE by the Customer in terms of this Procedure.

  • Arbitration Tribunal means an organ composed of an odd number of persons known as arbitrators, who decide on the solution of a conflict in which the parties have expressly waived recourse to the ordinary civil courts

  • Responding tribunal means the authorized tribunal in a responding state or foreign country.

  • Disagreement means a difference of opinion between personnel of a reporting issuer responsible for finalizing the reporting issuer’s financial statements and the personnel of a predecessor auditor responsible for authorizing the issuance of audit reports on the reporting issuer’s financial statements or authorizing the communication of the results of the auditor’s review of the reporting issuer’s interim financial report, if the difference of opinion

  • Reconciliation Dispute has the meaning set forth in Section 7.9 of this Agreement.

  • Impasse means that the representatives of the County and a Recognized Employee Organization have reached a point in their meeting and conferring in good faith where their differences on matters to be included in a Memorandum of Understanding, and concerning which they are required to meet and confer, remain so substantial and prolonged that further meeting and conferring would be futile.
