Judgement Currency definition

Judgement Currency has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.19(a).
Judgement Currency has the meaning specified in Section 11.22.
Judgement Currency has the meaning specified therefor in Section 17.16 of this Agreement.

Examples of Judgement Currency in a sentence

  • For this purpose "rate of exchange" means the rate at which the Bank would, on the relevant date, be prepared to sell a similar amount of such currency in the Toronto foreign exchange market, against the Judgement Currency, in accordance with normal banking procedures.
