Junior Debentures Indenture definition

Junior Debentures Indenture means the indenture dated September 5, 1997 between Holdings and The Bank of New York as the trustee, as such Junior Debentures Indenture may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.
Junior Debentures Indenture means the indenture dated September 5, 1997 between The Xxxxxxx Companies, Inc. (as successor to the original issuer thereunder) and The Bank of New York as the trustee.
