  • During the Restricted Period, Participant will not solicit or suggest, or provide assistance to anyone else in seeking to solicit or suggest, that any customer, vendor, employee, or other person or organization having or contemplating a relationship with the Xxxxxxx Companies terminate, reduce, or not initiate their relationship or contemplated relationship with the Xxxxxxx Companies, or enter into any similar relationship with anyone else instead of the Xxxxxxx Companies.

  • From time to time Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx may provide or make available to the Client, or to others acting with or on behalf of the Client, information regarding parties, which shall not include the Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx Companies, that may provide goods or services to the Client (“Service Providers”).

  • Xxxxxxx Group means (a) any member of the Xxxxxxx Family and (b) any Related Person of any such member.
