Junior Interest Note definition

Junior Interest Note. The original executed promissory note, certificate (whether participation or otherwise) or other tangible evidence of a Junior Interest.
Junior Interest Note. (a) If the Junior Interest is evidenced by a promissory note, the related original Mortgage Note or (b) if the Junior Interest is a participation, the related original participation certificate.
Junior Interest Note means the original executed promissory note evidencing any Junior Interest (as described in clause (b) of the definition thereof).

Junior Interest Note means any Junior Subordinated Interest Note due 2010 of the Company (substantially in the form attached as Exhibit I hereto) issued pursuant to Section 2 of this Note or any other Junior Subordinated Note.
