Junior Interest Note definition

Junior Interest Note. The original executed promissory note, certificate (whether participation or otherwise) or other tangible evidence of a Junior Interest.
Junior Interest Note. If the Junior Interest is evidenced by a promissory note, the related original Mortgage Note or (b) if the Junior Interest is a participation, the related original participation certificate.
Junior Interest Note means the original executed promissory note evidencing any Junior Interest (as described in clause (b) of the definition thereof).
