Juniper Parties definition

Juniper Parties means JCAM, JCP Realty, JNVM, and JIA, parties to the Restructuring Support Agreement.
Juniper Parties means, collectively, the Shareholders, and their Permitted Transferees, and each, individually, a “Juniper Party”.
