Jurisdictional area definition

Jurisdictional area means the area within which a city or township has zoning jurisdiction.

Jurisdictional area means, pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 2-1-20(9), the following lands and waters, as defined within this Part, except as provided for in R.I. Gen. Laws § 2-1-22(k), that shall be subject to regulation under these Rules:
