JustGreen Products means environmental derivative products, including carbon offsets, carbon credits, renewable energy certificates or attributes and the equivalents thereof. “ LDC Agreements ” means Collection Service Agreements and Transportation Agreements and the Electricity Service Agreements listed on Schedule E hereto as such agreements are in effect on the Original Closing Date and as from time to time supplemented, amended restated or replaced from time to time and any such agreement entered into with LDCs after the Original Closing Date, whether or not scheduled. “LDCs” means (i) local distribution companies to whom volumes of natural gas are delivered by an Obligor and with whom such Obligor has Transportation Agreements and Collection Service Agreements and (ii) local electricity distribution companies, which deliver electricity to Customers for and on behalf of an Obligor and with whom such Obligor has an Electricity Service Agreement. “ Lease Obligations ” means, as to any Person, the obligations of such Person to pay rent or other amounts under a lease of (or other agreement conveying the right to use) any Right of Use Asset which obligations are required to be recorded on a balance sheet of such Person in accordance with IFRS 16. For the purposes of this Agreement, including all calculations of any Lease Obligations to be made hereunder, any lease which would be accounted for as an operating lease under the International Financial Reporting Standards as in effect on December 31, 2018 shall be, notwithstanding any subsequent change in the International Financial Reporting Standards, deemed to be accounted for as an operating lease under such prior IFRS rules (regardless of whether such lease is entered into or assumed before or after December 31, 2018) and the obligations thereunder shall not be Lease Obligations for the purpose of this Agreement. “ Lender - Related Distress Event ” means, with respect to any Lender or any Person that directly or indirectly controls such Lender (each, a “ Distressed Person ”), (a) a voluntary or involuntary case with respect to such Distressed Person under any Insolvency Legislation or (b) a custodian,

  • SAP Products means Software, Documentation, SAP Materials, Services, Subscription Services, Cloud Services and Maintenance Services. “SAP SDK” means SAP software development kit that includes tools such as APIs, source code, redistributable files and instructions. “Services” means SAP’s then-current services offered under and described in detail in the applicable SAP PartnerEdge Model.

  • Marijuana products means concentrated marijuana products and marijuana products that are comprised of marijuana and other ingredients and are intended for use or consumption, such as, but not limited to, edible products, ointments, and tinctures.

Other Products include: (i) organization, presentation and filing products (including indexes, dividers, binders, file folders, report covers and sheet protectors); (ii) writing instruments (including markers, highlighters and stick pens); (iii) stamp products; (iv) organization and identification products for professionals and individuals in the home, office and on-the-go; (v) organization, identification and other products related to education and learning; (vi) all other products intended for office or consumer use (including consumer glue products such as glue sticks or bottled glue for arts and crafts).

  • Mineral Products means the end products derived from operating the Property as a Mine;
