Key Committees definition

Key Committees shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).
Key Committees means the Audit Committee, the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Risk Management Committee, Stake Holders Relationship Committee, Securities Committee and any other committees and sub- committees of the Board formed by the Board in relation to equity capital raise by the Company from time to time, and “Key Committee” shall mean any one of them, as the case may;

Examples of Key Committees in a sentence

  • The following Key Committees meet a minimum of twice yearly in person at the spring and fall governance meetings.
