Key License definition

Key License means an Occupational License for an individual who performs duties that are central to the Medical Marijuana Business’ operation. An individual holding a Key License has the highest level of responsibility. An example of a Key Licensee includes, but is not limited to, managers.

  • Each Direct Beneficial Interest Owner who is a natural person, including but not limited to each officer, director, member or partner of a Closely Held Business Entity, must apply for and hold at all times a valid Associated Key License.

Copyleft Licenses include the GNU General Public License, the GNU Lesser General Public License, the Mozilla Public License, the Common Development and Distribution License, the Eclipse Public License and all Creative Commons “sharealike” licenses.

  • Inbound Licenses means, collectively, any Contract (including covenants not to xxx) or other permission pursuant to which Seller is authorized or otherwise permitted to access or exploit any other Person’s IP, or any Contract pursuant to which Seller obtains a right to access or exploit a Person’s IP in the form of commercially available object code software or services, such as a software as a services Contract or a cloud services Contract.
