Key Managers definition

Key Managers means Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxx Xxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx.

Key Managers means any of the Individual Founders and WU, Jun (also known as Michael WU), HUANG, Ying , PENG, Qiang (also known as John PENG), LI, Bo , CHE, Junhe (also known as Carson CHE) and WANG, Li (also known as Lucy WANG).

Key Managers means the persons set out in Schedule 6 (Key Managers).

• Within 15 days of the Effective Date, Vendor shall identify the Vendor Key Managers and where each such Vendor Key Manager will be located.

Each Key Manager's area of 20 responsibility is described on Exhibit Y hereto.

Key Managers means, collectively, the employees of the Acquired Companies set forth under the header “Key Managers” on Section 6.2(d)(i) of the Company Disclosure Letter;

Key Managers means the personnel selected by AGLSC and SouthStar, which personnel is responsible for managing the Services provided by AGLSC to SouthStar hereunder. Key Managers may be either employees of AGLSC or Service Personnel.
