Key Members definition

Key Members means Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx and Xxxxxx Xxxxxx;

Key Members means, collectively, (a) Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, (b) Xxxxx Xxxxxx, (c) Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, (d) Xxxxx and Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx Children's Irrevocable Trust dated January 27, 2017, (e) Xxxx Xxxxxxxx, (f) Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, (g) EIP, and (g) any transferees of the Units held as of the date of this Agreement by any of the foregoing Persons.

Key Members means, collectively, (a) Thomas Peyree, (b) Scott Peyree, (c) Michelle Peyree, (d) Scott and Michelle Peyree Children's Irrevocable Trust dated January 27, 2017, (e) John Anderson, (f) Robert Peyree, (g) EIP, and (g) any transferees of the Units held as of the date of this Agreement by any of the foregoing Persons.
