Key Subcontracts definition

Key Subcontracts means any Subcontract entered into with any Key Subcontractors.
Key Subcontracts means the Key Textron Subcontracts and Key CSC Subcontracts listed at Schedule J (Key Subcontracts and Material Subcontractors); Key CSC Positions means the positions listed in Annex E-2 to Schedule E (Employees), as the same may be changed in accordance with Section 10.3 of the MSA. Key CSC Subcontracts has the meaning set forth in Section 11.2.2 of the MSA. Law means:

Related to Key Subcontracts

  • Major Subcontract means any Subcontract with a Subcontractor for those portions of the Work listed in Section 1.3 of Attachment G.

  • Customer Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 1.1(b)(ii)(A).

  • Subcontracts means “Seller’s lower-tier subcontracts” (Note: “Subcontract” includes a transfer of commercial items between divisions, subsidiaries, or affiliates of the Contractor or subcontractor at any tier.); and

  • Project Contracts means collectively this Agreement, the Land Lease Agreement, the Construction Contract, O&M Contracts (if any) and any other material contract (other than the Financing Documents) entered into or may hereafter be entered into by the Concessionaire in connection with the Project;

  • Service Subcontract means a subcontract primarily for the furnishing of services, to or for a recipient of Assistance, except where services are incidental to the delivery of products, equipment or commodities. A contract for the purchase or lease of goods, products, equipment, supplies or other property is not a “service subcontract” for the purposes of this definition.

  • Seller Contracts means all Contracts (i) relating to the Business under which Seller has or may acquire any rights or benefits, (ii) relating to the Business under which Seller has or may become subject to any obligation or Liability or (iii) by which any of the Purchased Assets or Assumed Liabilities is or may become bound.

  • Major Subcontractor means, any Subcontractor with whom Contractor will enter (or has entered) into a Major Subcontract. 1

  • First-tier subcontract means a subcontract awarded directly by the Contractor for the purpose of acquiring supplies or services (including construction) for performance of a prime contract. It does not include the Contractor’s supplier agreements with vendors, such as long-term arrangements for materials or supplies that benefit multiple contracts and/or the costs of which are normally applied to a Contractor’s general and administrative expenses or indirect costs.

  • Key Sub-Contract means each Sub-Contract with a Key Sub-Contractor;

  • Third Party Subcontract means a subcontract entered into by the Third Party Contractor with a Third Party Subcontractor, or a Third Party Subcontractor with another Third Party Subcontractor at any tier, and is supported in whole or in part with the federal assistance originally derived from FTA, or non- federal share dedicated to the Recipient’s Underlying Agreement.

  • Service Contracts means contracts or agreements, such as maintenance, supply, service or utility contracts.

  • Third Party Contracts means any agreements entered into by the Retailer and/or the Customer with any third parties, such as the Transmission Licensee and the MSSL, to enable the Retailer to retail electricity to Contestable Consumers. For the purposes of this Electricity Agreement, Third Party Contracts shall include, but is not limited to, the Retailer Use of Systems Agreement, the Market Support Services Agreement, and the Power System Operator•Market Participant Agreement (as defined under the Market Rules);

  • Sub-subcontractor means a Person engaged by a Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work. The term “Sub-Subcontractor” also includes any lower tier Persons engaged by Sub-Subcontractor to perform a portion of the Trade Contractor Work.

  • Key Sub-Contractor means any Sub-Contractor: listed in Framework Schedule 7 (Key Sub-Contractors); which, in the opinion of the Authority and the Customer, performs (or would perform if appointed) a critical role in the provision of all or any part of the Services; and/or with a Sub-Contract with a contract value which at the time of appointment exceeds (or would exceed if appointed) 10% of the aggregate Call Off Contract Charges forecast to be payable under this Call Off Contract;

  • New Contracts means binding new agreements or amendments to existing agreements with customers.

  • Business Contracts has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.01(a)(v).

  • First-tier Subcontractor means any Subcontractor that has a contract with the General Contractor.

  • Master subcontracting plan means a subcontracting plan that contains all the required elements of an individual subcontracting plan, except goals, and may be incorporated into individual subcontracting plans, provided the master subcontracting plan has been approved.

  • Assumed Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(d).

  • HUB Subcontracting Plan or “HSP” means written documentation regarding the use of subcontractors, which is required to be submitted with all responses to state agency contracts with an expected value of $100,000.00 or more where subcontracting opportunities have been determined by the state agency to be probable. The HUB subcontracting plan subsequently becomes a provision of the awarded Contract and shall be monitored for compliance by the state agency during the term of the Contract.

  • Lower tier subcontractor means any party entering into an agreement with the SUBCONTRACTOR or any Lower Tier SUBCONTRACTOR for the furnishing of supplies or services required for performance of this Subcontract.

  • Seller Contract any Contract (a) under which Seller has or may acquire any rights or benefits; (b) under which Seller has or may become subject to any obligation or liability; or (c) by which Seller or any of the assets owned or used by Seller is or may become bound.

  • Covered subcontractor means any entity that has a subcontract valued in excess of $1 million, except a subcontract for the acquisition of commercial items, including commercially available off-the-shelf items.

  • Assigned Contracts has the meaning set forth in Section 2.01(c).

  • Customer Contract means any written contract or agreement (other than trade contracts) between Seller and any of its customers (or under which Seller has rights) which has been entered into and signed by the parties thereto in connection with the publication of the Directories and corresponding provision of Directory Services.

  • IP Contracts means all Contracts pursuant to which a party hereto or any of its Affiliates grants or obtains any rights to use Intellectual Property (other than Contracts in which such Intellectual Property is incidental to such Contracts).
