Keyword Promotions definition

Keyword Promotions means any Promotion tied to one of the keywords selected pursuant to Exhibit A attached hereto.

  • Promotions When an employee is promoted to a classification in a higher grade, he will move to the next higher rate within his new grade with a minimum increase of $15.00 per week, effective at the time of his promotion. The Licensed Programs shall include any fixes, work-arounds, updates, revisions, modifications, enhancements and any derivative works that are provided to Client by NeoSystems under an Agreement.

  • Advertising Materials means all advertising, merchandising, promotional and display materials of or concerning the Licensed Products.

  • Massive Multiauthor Collaboration Site (or “MMC Site”) means any World Wide Web server that publishes copyrightable works and also provides prominent facilities for anybody to edit those works. A public wiki that anybody can edit is an example of such a server. A “Massive Multiauthor Collaboration” (or “MMC”) contained in the site means any set of copyrightable works thus published on the MMC site.

  • Advertiser means a company that (i) advertises its brands, products, and/or services via the Advertisements; and/or (ii) interacts with Consumers on its Digital Properties or through its Ads in relation to its brands, products, and/or services.

  • Google means the Google Entity that is party to the Agreement.

  • Games means games of chance.
