Kilometre Charge definition

Kilometre Charge means the amount payable for the kilometres that exceed delivery within Leisurehire local acceptable delivery area

More Definitions of Kilometre Charge

Kilometre Charge means the Annual Operating Charge, Indexed, divided by the number of Scheduled Service Kilometres in a twelve (12) month period (expressed to three (3) decimal places).
Kilometre Charge means an amount calculated by multiplying the number of kilometres travelled by the vehicle having regard to the odometer affixed thereto by the rate then chargeable per kilometre travelled as set out on the face hereof.

  • Hire Charge or “Hire Charges” means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • RUNNING CHARGE PER KILOMETER means the rates payable against each KM run. and shall be deemed to include all the expenditures of the Transport Supplier viz., cost of fuel, tyre/tube, battery & consumables like lubricants etc. and other maintenance expenditures including accessories involved including GST element as applicable towards movement of the vehicle(s)/equipment.
