  • If the Vehicle has travelled more than the Maximum Permitted Kilometres, your Return Charge will include an excess kilometre charge (as calculated by us) ("Excess Kilometre Charge") equal to: (15 cents) x (total number of kilometres travelled in the Vehicle over the Maximum Permitted Kilometres).

  • Kilometre Charge – The amount that you will pay to Cando Hire for the kilometres travelled by a Motor Vehicle forming part of the Equipment during the Hire Period.

Related to Kilometre Charge

  • Hire Charge or “Hire Charges” means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • RUNNING CHARGE PER KILOMETER means the rates payable against each KM run. and shall be deemed to include all the expenditures of the Transport Supplier viz., cost of fuel, tyre/tube, battery & consumables like lubricants etc. and other maintenance expenditures including accessories involved including GST element as applicable towards movement of the vehicle(s)/equipment.

  • Share Charge shall have the meaning provided in Section 5.06.

  • Infrastructure Charge means a Water Infrastructure Charge or a Sewerage Infrastructure Charge;

  • Service Charge means the amount charged for making a service available on line and is in addition to the actual fee for a service itself. For example, one who renews a license on line will pay the license renewal fee and a service charge.

  • Hire Charges means the rates and charges payable by You for the hire of the Equipment.

  • reverse charge ’ means the liability to pay tax by the recipient of supply of goods or services or both instead of the supplier of such goods or services or both under sub-section (3) or sub-section (4) of section 9, or under sub-section (3) or sub-section (4) of section 5 of the Integrated Goods and Services Tax Act;

  • Room charge means the charge imposed for the use or occupancy of a room, excluding charges for food, beverages, state use tax, telephone service, or like services paid in connection with the charge, and excluding reimbursement of the assessment imposed by this act.

  • Deed of Charge means the English law deed of charge that may be entered into between the Guarantor and the Representative of the Covered Bondholders (acting on behalf of the Covered Bondholders and the Other Creditors);
