KLWTD Agreement means the Agreement for Wastewater Services dated May 22, 2012 between the Village and KLWTD, providing for Wastewater treatment and disposal services by KLWTD of Village Wastewater, as more fully set forth therein.

  • The Company shall assume and perform all operational terms, conditions and requirements of the Village in the KLWTD Agreement, as set forth in Appendix 8 to this Agreement.

  • The Wastewater Facilities shall be operated in a manner to ensure that the Wastewater Facilities satisfy all requirements of this Agreement, the KLWTD Agreement set forth in Appendix 8 and Applicable Law.

  • Each Owner and Customer must comply with this Policy, the Minimum Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Wastewater, the terms and conditions of the KLWTD Agreement, and all applicable rules and regulations as duly adopted or as may subsequently revised or amended governing or regulating the Wastewater System and Service.
