Laboratory Notebooks means all parts of laboratory notebooks in CRT’s, CRUK’s, UCL’s and/or ▇▇▇▇▇’▇ possession, custody or control from time to time prior to, on and/or after the Effective Date which record work undertaken pursuant to the TRACERx Study (excluding any Approved Commercial Collaboration Data) and/or details the generation, creation or development of any of the TRACERx IP, including the parts of laboratory notebooks of the CS UCL Laboratory, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ Laboratory, KP Laboratory and SQ Laboratory;

Laboratory Notebooks means Seller’s original laboratory notebooks that contain information relating to any Program Compound and/or Product.

Laboratory Notebooks means all research documentation owned by Transferor or any Affiliate and in the possession of Transferor as of the Effective Date relating to the Compound in the Field.
