Collaboration Data definition

Collaboration Data means any Product-Related Data generated by or on behalf of either Party or its Affiliates pursuant to this Agreement.
Collaboration Data has the meaning set forth in Section 8.5.1 (Disclosure).
Collaboration Data has the meaning set forth in 2.2(c)(v).

More Definitions of Collaboration Data

Collaboration Data means any data generated by either Party (as applicable) in the course of performance of the Collaboration Plan or through use of MORPHOSYS HuCAL Technologies, Antibody Products, Collaboration Materials or a Collaboration Invention during the Term of this Agreement. Collaboration Data shall not include Clinical Data.
Collaboration Data means all data (including raw data) and results generated under the Study.
Collaboration Data means any and all data created using an Antisense Inhibitor pursuant to the Research Plan, including without limitation, in Isis's HGTF system.
Collaboration Data has the meaning ascribed to such term in the Merger Agreement.
Collaboration Data refers to information and data (including Confidential Information) generated or exchanged as a part of this Agreement, which are stored in a physical media or as a record on a Party’s IT systems and equipment, including: printed or written communications and documentations, such as reports, letters, presentations and memos; oral information, such as information exchanged during meetings or phone calls, if stored as a record on a Party’s IT systems or equipment or otherwise stored in a physical media; such data processed through software applications; data files and databases containing such information, residing as a record on any media form; and IT systems and infrastructure where such information is processed, accessed or stored.
