Laborshed wage definition

Laborshed wage means the same as defined in 261—Chapter 173.
Laborshed wage means the wage level represented by those wages within two standard deviations from the mean wage within the laborshed area in which the eligible business is located, as calculated by the authority, by rule, using the most current covered wage and employment data available from the department of workforce development for the laborshed area.
Laborshed wage means the same as defined in Iowa Code section 15.327. The authority will calculate the laborshed wage as follows:

Laborshed wage means the Qualifying Wage Threshold applicable to Recipient’s Project as calculated pursuant to rule 261 IAC 173.2 and 261 IAC chapter 174 and as specified in Exhibit D of this Contract.
