Labour Pool List definition

Labour Pool List has the meaning set out in section 7.2 of Schedule C (Training and Employment). Lender means a Person that from time to time provides financing or secured credit to AEM.

  • OFAC List means the list of specially designated nationals and blocked persons subject to financial sanctions that is maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department, Office of Foreign Assets Control and any other similar list maintained by the U.S. Treasury Department, Office of Foreign Assets Control pursuant to any Requirements of Law, including, without limitation, trade embargo, economic sanctions, or other prohibitions imposed by Executive Order of the President of the United States.   • distance education system means the system of imparting education through any means of communication, such as broadcasting, telecasting, correspondence courses, seminars, contact programmes or the combination of any two or more such means;

  • Public safety answering point or “PSAP” means an answering location for 9-1-1 calls originating in a given area. A PSAP may be designated as Primary or Secondary, which refers to the order in which calls are directed for answering. Primary PSAPs respond first; Secondary PSAPs receive calls on a transfer basis only, and generally serve as a centralized answering location for a particular type of emergency call. PSAPs are staffed by employees of Service Agencies such as police, fire or emergency medical agencies or by employees of a common bureau serving a group of such entities.

  • Approved Vendor List means a list of approved vendors established under Section 63G-6a-507.

  • Local Labour means skilled, semi-skilled workers of all trades engaged by the Contractor on the Site for the purpose of or in connection with the Contract or engaged full time by the Contractor off the site for the Purpose of or in connection with the Contract (by way of illustration but not limitation: workers engaged full time in any office, store, workshop or quarry).

  • MEC for local government means the member of the Executive Council of a province who is responsible for local government in that province;

  • terrorist offences means offences as defined in Article 3(1) of Directive (EU) 2017/541;

  • Public safety answering point (PSAP) means a 24-hour, state, local, or contracted communications facility, which has been designated by the local service board to receive 911 service calls and dispatch emergency response services in accordance with the E911 service plan.

  • Baggage Identification Tag means a document issued by the carrier solely for identification of checked baggage, part of which is given to the passenger as a receipt for the passenger’s checked baggage and the remaining part is attached by the carrier onto a particular piece of the passenger’s checked baggage.

  • Approved abuse education training program means a training program using a curriculum approved by the abuse education review panel of the department of public health or a training program offered by a hospital, a professional organization for physicians, or the department of human services, the department of education, an area education agency, a school district, the Iowa law enforcement academy, an Iowa college or university, or a similar state agency.
