Land Use Class definition

Land Use Class means any of the classes listed in Table 1.
Land Use Class means any of the classes listed in Table 1 or Table 2 below.
Land Use Class means any of the classes listed in Table 1 and Table 2 under Section 3 below.

Examples of Land Use Class in a sentence

  • In some instances an Assessor’s Parcel of Developed Property may contain more than one Land Use Class.

  • Furthermore, Developed Property may contain more than one Land Use Class.

  • At such time, the CFD Administrator shall request the Price Point Consultant to prepare a Price Point Study setting forth the Minimum Sale Price of residential property within each Land Use Class.
