Land Use Entitlements definition

Land Use Entitlements will have the meaning set forth in Section 4.26B.
Land Use Entitlements means land use conditions, entitlements, permits and/or approvals issued by a Government having authority to do so. "Government" means all federal, state, regional, county, municipal and other governments; and all governmental and quasi-governmental branches, authorities, agencies, districts, courts, tribunals, boards, agencies, departments, commissions, officers, judges, justices, agents, employees, and other instrumentalities. Land Use Entitlements is defined in Recital E. “LMIHAF” is defined in Recital D.

  • HEDRA hereby grants Buyer the right to file and prosecute applications and petitions for the Approvals, Land Use Entitlements and any special use permits and variances desired by Buyer; provided, however, any special use permits or variances shall be contingent on the occurrence of the Closing and shall not be binding upon HEDRA or the Property unless and until the Closing occurs.

  • HEDRA, at no out-of-pocket cost to HEDRA, or the assumption of any obligations or liabilities by HEDRA, will reasonably cooperate with Buyer’s efforts to obtain the Approvals and Land Use Entitlements at or prior to Closing.

  • Entitlements means, with respect to any Offering, the license and use types, limits, volume, or other measurement or conditions of permitted use for such Offering as set forth in the applicable Order or Supplemental Terms, including but not limited to any limits or restrictions on the number and categories of users authorized to use such Offering, permitted geographic areas, available storage space, computing power, or other attributes and metrics.

  • Land Use Regulations means all ordinances, resolutions, codes, rules, regulations and official policies of CITY governing the development and use of land, including, without limitation, the permitted use of land, the density or intensity of use, subdivision requirements, the maximum height and size of proposed buildings, the provisions for reservation or dedication of land for public purposes, and the design, improvement and construction standards and specifications applicable to the development of the Property. “Land Use Regulations” does not include any CITY ordinance, resolution, code, rule, regulation or official policy, governing:

  • Security Entitlement The meaning specified in Section 8-102(a)(17) of the UCC.

  • land use means the purpose for which land is or may be used lawfully in terms of a land use scheme, existing scheme or in terms of any other authorisation, permit or consent issued by a competent authority, and includes any conditions related to such land use purposes;

  • Land use application means an application required by a municipality's land use

  • Real Property Leases means the leases, subleases, licenses or other agreements, including all amendments, extensions, renewals, guaranties or other agreements with respect thereto, under which the Company or any of its Subsidiaries uses or occupies or has the right to use or occupy any real property.
