Landlord Representatives definition

Landlord Representatives. As defined in Section 23.4.
Landlord Representatives means the officers, directors, shareholders, agents and representatives of Landlord and their respective successors and assigns.

  • In the event Landlord’s default is not cured within the cure period specified herein, Tenant shall have all remedies available under applicable law, provided, however, that Tenant shall in no event have a right to claim or obtain consequential damages against Landlord, and notwithstanding any other provision, Tenant hereby waives and releases Landlord, its Board, officers and employees and all Landlord Representatives from any such right or claim.

  • Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the Provider Representatives identified under Section 2.5.
