  • Tenant shall cooperate at all times with any such "Landlord Representative(s)" and shall continually provide access to all aspects of the Premises for such person or persons.

Related to Landlord Representatives

  • Designated Representatives means the Subordination Agent Representatives, the Trustee Representatives and the Provider Representatives identified under Section 2.5.

  • Management Representative means an individual designated to hear grievances on behalf of the University.

  • Procurement Representative means the person authorized by ULA’s cognizant procurement organization to administer and/or execute this Contract.

The Owner Representative as of the Contract Date is designated in Section 4.9.

  • Authority’s Representative means the individual authorised to act on behalf of the Authority for the purposes of the Contract.
