Language means all documents and correspondence in respect of this contract shall be in English Language.

Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;
speech and language disability means a permanent disability arising out of conditions such as laryngectomy or aphasia affecting one or more components of speech and language due to organic or neurological causes.
Query means a message that represents a request to a Database for information.
SAP Training Catalogue means the catalogue published by SAP containing details of SAP training courses and services.
Your Content means all software, data (including Personal Information), text, images, audio, video, photographs, non-Oracle or third party applications, and other content and material, in any format, provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services.
