Large Commercial and Industrial Customer Group definition

Large Commercial and Industrial Customer Group or “Large C&I Group” means Buyer’s Retail Customers in such rate classes as may be established from time to time by PURA.
Large Commercial and Industrial Customer Group or “Large C&I Group” means Buyer’s Retail Customers in the following retail rate classes: G-2, T-4, T-2, I-1, I-3, PR, and Special Contracts, or such other classes as may be added or established from time to time; provided that such additional rate classes shall comprise Retail Customers previously within or qualified for one of the above rate classes.
Large Commercial and Industrial Customer Group means NSTAR’s large commercial and industrial customers in the following retail classes: G-2, T-2, T-4, T-5, Partial Requirements for load asset 10094, each as in effect as of the date hereof and under a successor or new rate schedule, if any, available to customers meeting the eligibility characteristics of the predecessor rate schedule. The Large Commercial and Industrial Customer Group shall not include any customer that is added to any of the foregoing rate classes during the applicable Delivery Term as a result of a reclassification of customers, merger, acquisition or divestiture by NSTAR or its Affiliates. Intangible Assets include goodwill, patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, organization costs, capitalized development costs and software, franchises, licenses, property rights, and intangible portion of prepaid pensions.
