Large Event definition

Large Event means an event that charges an admission price or is operated by a local agency and serves an average of more than 2,000 individuals per day of operation of the event.
Large Event means an Event with: (a) more than 10,000 attendees; or (b) more than 5,000 attendees and an Event duration of greater than one day.

More Definitions of Large Event

Large Event means any program or event where the anticipated attendance will exceed 200 individuals.
Large Event means any pre-planned, organized activity with an expected attendance of 1,000 or more that will be facilitated with the support and expertise of City staff.
