Large Shareholder definition

Large Shareholder means any person who is the beneficial owner (within the meaning of Rule 13d-3 under the 0000 Xxx) of five percent (5%) or more of the outstanding Common Shares of the Trust entitled to vote in the election of Trustees after including among his shares those owned by an affiliate or associate.
