Toll Traffic may be either “IntraLATA Toll Traffic” or “InterLATA Toll Traffic”, depending on whether the originating and terminating points are within the same LATA.
Each Party shall provide to the other Party, in accordance with this Agreement, but only to the extent required by Applicable Law, interconnection at (i) any technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon’s network in a LATA and/or (ii) a fiber meet point to which the Parties mutually agree under the terms of this Agreement, for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service and Exchange Access.
