Late Product definition

Late Product means Product ordered under a Firm Order that is not delivered on the Delivery Date;
Late Product has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7(b).

Examples of Late Product in a sentence

  • As stated above for the definition of “Annual Volume”, any Late Product will be counted for the purpose of the Annual Volume.

  • Late Product Production released from the terms of this Agreement (whether or not purchased by a third party) shall nonetheless reduce WC’s total purchase commitment hereunder.

  • The days are inclusive of both the Early and Late Product Ready Dates.

  • The minimum data set to be held within these registers shall be as specified under International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the DHSC Group Accounting Manual and other guidance as issued by the Department of Health and Social Care.

  • In the event WC chooses not to purchase but instead gives notice to PCNA of WC’s decision to release such Late Product Production from the Agreement, PCNA shall have the right to sell such Late Product Production to other parties.

  • If requested by PCNA, WC agrees to assist PCNA in monitoring production as it relates to the six-month segments, and positions held in futures contracts, to make possible adjustments if Late Product Production is anticipated.

Related to Late Product

  • End product means those articles, materials, and supplies to be acquired under the contract for public use.

  • Milk product or "dairy product" means cottage cheese, dry curd cottage cheese, reduced fat cottage cheese, lowfat cottage cheese, cream, light cream, light whipping cream, heavy cream, heavy whipping cream, whipped cream, whipped light cream, sour cream, acidified sour cream, cultured sour cream, half-and-half, sour half-and-half, acidified sour half-and-half, cultured sour half-and-half, reconstituted or recombined milk and milk products, concentrated milk, concentrated milk products, skim milk, lowfat milk, frozen milk concentrate, flavored milk, eggnog, buttermilk, cultured milk, cultured lowfat milk, cultured skim milk, yogurt, lowfat yogurt, nonfat yogurt, acidified milk, acidified lowfat milk, acidified skim milk, low-sodium milk, low-sodium lowfat milk, low-sodium skim milk, lactose-reduced milk, lactose-reduced lowfat milk, lactose-reduced skim milk, aseptically processed and packaged milk, milk products with added safe and suitable microbial organisms, and any other milk product made by the addition or subtraction of milkfat or addition of safe and suitable optional ingredients for protein, vitamin, or mineral fortification. Unless a product is considered a milk product under this subdivision, milk product does not include dietary products, infant formula, ice cream or other desserts, cheese, or butter. Milk products include the following:

  • Commercial Product means any such product as defined in FAR 2.101.

  • Cannabis product means cannabis that has undergone a process whereby the plant material has been transformed into a concentrate, including, but not limited to, concentrated cannabis, or an edible or topical product containing cannabis or concentrated cannabis and other ingredients.

  • Licensed Product means any pharmaceutical product containing a Licensed Compound (alone or with other active ingredients), in all forms, presentations, formulations and dosage forms.
