Latest Valuation Date definition

Latest Valuation Date means, in respect of a Single Index Note, Single Share Note or Single ETF Note and a Valuation Date, such Valuation Date and in respect of an Index Basket Note, Share Basket Note or ETF Basket Note and a Valuation Date (for the purpose of this definition, a "Relevant Valuation Date"):
Latest Valuation Date means, in respect of the Valuation Date, the date which is the Valuation Date for one or more Shares (the “Relevant Share(s)”), where such date occurs after the date that is the Valuation Date for one or more other Shares (owing to adjustment of the Valuation Date for the Relevant Share(s) pursuant to the provisions of section 4 below (Disrupted Days)), provided that if the Valuation Date following all such adjustments (if any) were to fall on the same day for all the Shares, then such day shall be deemed to be the Latest Valuation Date;
Latest Valuation Date means, with respect to a Swap Transaction, the Valuation Business Day falling 90 Valuation Business Days after the relevant Event Determination Date.

  • Coupon Valuation Date means the 30th of March, June, September and December of each calendar year during the term of the Securities, commencing September 30, 2010, or if such date is not an Index Business Day, then the first Index Business Day following such date, provided that the final Coupon Valuation Date will be the Calculation Date, subject to adjustment as provided under Section 3 hereof.

  • Annual Valuation Date means the Valuation Date each calendar year so designated by the Trust, commencing in the calendar year 2003.

  • MCE Valuation Period means, subject to any extension (as described in further detail in the Conditions), the period commencing from and including the moment upon which the Mandatory Call Event occurs and up to the end of the following trading session on the Index Exchange; and

  • Initial Valuation Date means the Issue Date, provided that if such day is not an Exchange Business Day for a Share then the Initial Valuation Date for that Share will be the first succeeding day that is an Exchange Business Day, subject to the occurrence of a Market Disruption Event.   • Auto-Call Valuation Date means, in respect of an Index and subject to the Adjustment Provisions, each day specified as such in the definition of Auto-Call Trigger Level, or if any such day is not a Scheduled Trading Day for such Index, the next following Scheduled Trading Day in respect of such Index.

  • Exercise Valuation Date means the first Scheduled Trading Day of the month following the expiry of 35 calendar days after the Exercise Date. For the avoidance of doubt, the 35 calendar day period is mandatory and non-waivable by either the Issuer or the Holder.

  • Valuation Date means any day during the Plan Term where the Plan or the Securities are valued according to prevailing market conditions on that day.

  • Merger Valuation Period for any Merger Event means the five consecutive Trading Day period immediately preceding, but excluding, the effective date for such Merger Event.

  • SPS Redemption Valuation Date means the Settlement Price Date.

  • Excess valuation assets for a valuation period means, with

  • Non-Disrupted Valuation Date means a Valuation Date which is not a "Disrupted Day". “Normal Exposure” means a +1x exposure to the Reference Asset.

  • FX Calculation Date means each day on which FX is published by the Fixing Sponsor. "FX Call Event" means each of the following events:

  • Recalculation Date means the Valuation Date that gives rise to the dispute under Paragraph 5; provided, however, that if a subsequent Valuation Date occurs under Paragraph 3 prior to the resolution of the dispute, then the “Recalculation Date” means the most recent Valuation Date under Paragraph 3.

  • Valuation Amount means, in respect of each Mortgaged Vessel, the value thereof as most recently determined under clause 8.2.2; and
