Launch Service Price definition

Launch Service Price means the price for any Launch Service as set forth in Paragraph 4.1 entitled “Launch Service Price.”
Launch Service Price shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
Launch Service Price means the price for any Launch Service as set forth under the heading "Launch Service Price" in Paragraph 4.1 entitled "Contract Price" and subject to adjustment as provided herein.

Examples of Launch Service Price in a sentence

  • If Customer exercises any of the per mission Optional Services provided for in Exhibit D, the per mission price for such Optional Services shall be included in the corresponding Launch Service Price.

  • The Launch Service Price, Milestones and Milestone Payments for such Additional Launch(es) under this Section 2.1.1 shall be the same Launch Service Price, Milestone and Milestone Payments as set forth for the first Firm Launch Service in accordance with Exhibit C.

  • No portion of the Launch Service Price shall be refundable in the event the Launch Service fails to perform in accordance with the Statement of Work.

  • Any portion of the Launch Service Price set forth in the Payment Schedule(s) due after Launch shall be payable on the date due whether or not the Launch Service performs in accordance with the Statement of Work **** A Launch shall not be deemed complete in the event of a Terminated Ignition.

  • Customer will pay to Contractor any unpaid portion of the Termination Charge within sixty (60)) days of Contractor’s invoice provided that in no event shall any Termination Charge exceed forty (40) per cent of the Launch Service Price.

  • The Launch Service Price, Milestones and Milestone Payments for such Additional Launch(es) under this Section 2.2 shall be the same as set forth in Exhibit D.

  • Any changes to the Launch Period, Launch Slot or Launch Service Price agreed to by Customer and Contractor shall be reflected in a written amendment to this Contract in accordance with Article 26.

  • The cooperation and support provided for in this Article 19 is included within the Launch Service Price of this Contract.

  • District and building leadership, including professional learning communities, shall have the responsibility for planning in-service training in either half day or full daytime periods, or during late-starts or early dismissals to the students’ regular instructional day.

Related to Launch Service Price

  • Net Invoice Price means the price paid by You for Your Vehicle including all factory fitted accessories and any discount given but excluding retailer fitted accessories, road fund licence, new vehicle registration fee, fuel, paintwork and / or upholstery protection kits, insurance premiums (including this Premium), warranty premiums and any such associated costs and any Negative Equity.

  • Base Capacity Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and the clearing price for Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Base Capacity Demand Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2018/2019 and 2019/2020 Delivery Years, a difference between the clearing price for Base Capacity Demand Resources and Base Capacity Energy Efficiency Resources and the clearing price for Base Capacity Resources and Capacity Performance Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Base Capacity Resources or Capacity Performance Resources out of merit order when the Base Capacity Demand Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Service unit means a standardized measure of consumption, use, generation, or discharge attributable to an individual unit of development calculated in accordance with generally accepted engineering or planning standards for a particular category of capital improvements.

  • Limited Resource Price Decrement means, for the 2017/2018 Delivery Year, a difference between the clearing price for Limited Demand Resources and the clearing price for Extended Summer Demand Resources and Annual Resources, representing the cost to procure additional Extended Summer Demand Resources or Annual Resources out of merit order when the Limited Resource Constraint is binding.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Contract Quantity means the quantity of Delivered Energy expected to be delivered by Seller during each Contract Year as set forth in the Cover Sheet.

  • Payment Initiation Service Provider or “PISP” means an authorised third party provider which provides a service that allows that third party to pass payment instructions to us on your behalf in relation to your Account.

  • Price Level means the price of the Share last determined and published by the Exchange on any day (official closing price).

  • Gross Standard Volume as herein used means volume corrected to a temperature of sixty degrees (60°) Fahrenheit, in accordance with the latest API/ASTM measurement standards, and at equilibrium vapor pressure.

  • The Price means the price payable to the Supplier under the Contract for the full and proper performance of its contractual obligations.

  • Supply Price has the meaning set forth in Section 6.2.
