Launch Window definition

Launch Window means a time period as defined in Sub-paragraph 2.3 of Part 1 of Annex 1 to this Agreement.
Launch Window means a specific daily time period or periods within each of one or more potential Launch Days during which the Launch can occur to meet mission requirements.
Launch Window means the time period established by SpaceX during which the Launch is scheduled to occur on the Launch Date.

Examples of Launch Window in a sentence

  • The final Launch Window, in terms of lift-off time, will be calculated by the CUSTOMER and the Co-passenger, if any, respectively, based on orbit parameters at separation taken from the Final Mission Analysis document.

  • The resulting combined Launch Window will then be computed by ARIANESPACE.

  • The combined Launch Window will be agreed upon by the CUSTOMER, the Co-passenger, if any, and ARIANESPACE before the Launch Vehicle Readiness Review (RAV).

More Definitions of Launch Window

Launch Window. Defined. A period of time within the Launch Date during which a Launch can occur and meet mission requirements. The Launch Window shall be established by mutual agreement of Buyer and Contractor no later than forty-five (45) days prior to the Launch Date and once established, shall become an express term of this Contract.
