LAUSD Information Security Policies means the written security policies and procedures that are in effect during the Term for the security of LAUSD facilities and LAUSD Information; as such policies may be modified, amended or replaced from time to time and provided to Contractor.

The Contractor shall ensure that all of its employees and subcontractors performing services under this agreement understand the sensitive nature of the information that they may have access to and sign an affirmation of understanding regarding the information’s confidential and non- public nature.

  • Information Provider means the person or organisation providing the Information under this licence.

  • Electronic and Information Resources Accessibility Standards means the accessibility standards for electronic and information resources contained in 1 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 213.

  • Commercial Information means information regarding the purchase and sale of goods and services, including, but not limited to, information regarding marketing strategy, production data, assessments of goods and services, mineral exploration records, and compilations of data regarding commercial activity.
