Lay Board Member definition

Lay Board Member means the same as “lay councillor” as defined in section 1(1) of the PGA [Definitions and interpretation].
Lay Board Member means an individual who is not a Registrant of BCIA and is appointed to the Board pursuant to Section 27 of the PGA;
