LCO AGREEMENT definition

LCO AGREEMENT means the provisions of the LCO Agreement Term Sheet, set forth as Exhibit B to the letter agreement dated May 15, 1997, among TCI Sub, Comcast Sub and Cox Sub and certain of their respective Affiliates and the Corporation (the "LCO AGREEMENT TERM SHEET"); provided that if the matters set forth in the LCO Agreement Term Sheet are superseded by a definitive agreement which is executed by the necessary parties thereto, such definitive agreement will constitute the LCO Agreement for all purposes hereunder.
