LCPR Network definition

LCPR Network means the fiber-based communication system owned by LCPR in Puerto Rico as of the date immediately preceding the closing of the Transaction, including all LCPR hubs in Puerto Rico (other than Columbus Network hubs), the equipment in those hubs, and the facilities connecting the hubs to each other and to LCPR Customer locations, and any customer premises equipment at LCPR Customer locations.

  • IntraLATA LEC Toll means IntraLATA Toll traffic carried solely by a Local Exchange Carrier and not by an IXC. "IntraLATA Toll Traffic" describes IntraLATA Traffic outside the Local Calling Area.
