Lead Investigator definition

Lead Investigator means the person in charge of the investigation, who plays a principal, guiding role.
Lead Investigator means, in respect of an investigation authorized by the investigation committee, the investigator assigned to lead the investigation under section 12-6(1)(a);
Lead Investigator has the meaning set forth in Section 2.7.1.1 of this Agreement.
